Just thought i'd say hi to you all. I have been looking at a lot of your posts and getting lots of good advice so thank you all for that. :)

Hiya Hurdity I am not sure when i first started getting symptoms it could have been around 3 years ago, i get really bad hot flushes and night sweats which keep me from getting sleep.my last period was over 3 months ago i take menolieve from boots which does help oh i am 52 yrs
