Hi ladies just trying to gauge what dose of Estrogen you all started on, ie what strength patch or gel particularly sandrena as that's what we have in australia

Hi and welcome
It's a good idea to start on the lowest dose for the first 2-3 weeks and then increase if need be - it's trial and error really.  The leaflet should give you guidelines.
Have a read of all the stuff under the headings to the left of the screen.
