Title: Pump Gel

 :( how long does it take to feel better on the pump gel, 1 pump a day, been on it for three days more tired, plus more swollen stomace,

If you've just started on HRT, it can take a few weeks. I pump doesn't sound like much.

One pump of gel per day may take up to two weeks to work and you may find you need to increase the dose after that if the symptoms haven't subsided. Many of us use around 2 pumps per day. Make sure you apply it to clean dry skin and I think the inner thighs are best.
