Title: dizzy and hot

I have just woken up feeling dizzy.  I went to the toilet and noticed my heart was beating slightly fast and I was sweating.   Was this a night sweat?  Anyone else get the dizzy feeling?

Yep.  Went through a spell when I'd sit on the loo, first thing in the morning, with the room spinning.  Don't think it was particularly meno related as lots of things can cause this.  It stopped after a few days and touch wood has not come back.

It's all to easy to put everything down to the menopause.
There are a lot of viruses on the go at the moment so it might be something like that.
