Hi - it's 3.15am and another night of waking up sweating. Since I was told to reduce my Oestrogel from 2 pumps in the eve to 1 pump, which I have been doing for a couple of weeks I have been waking up sweating and in a panic.
My question is should I persevere or just carry on with 4 pumps of the gel???

How about sticking with the 2 pumps for a bit?
2 is less than 4 so that is a reduction. I assume you are dropping from 4 pumps?

Hi Limpy
I have reduced from 4 to 3 but only have 1 at night instead of 2.......... My new Gyne has told me at 56 (Feb) its too high a dose and to start to decrease.
Will try to persevere for a little longer but hate the way I feel.
Mrs January, for some reason the panic is so much worse in the middle of the night.
Thanks for your replys
