Hello Dandelion.

I'm afraid I can't help you with your specific question but I use Utrogestan and have noticed a pinkish discharge. I am post meno so no longer have periods. I have experimented with both oral and vaginal use but the discharge always appears at the end of the day. The patient information leaflet does state altered secretions as a possible side effect so this may be what's happening.

Hopefully someone will be along to help you and I will certainly update the forum if I discover anything of interest.

Wishing you well.

K.
