I'm placing my patch at the top of my thigh.
Imagine wearing a pair of shorts, my patch is 'under the shorts'
I find it hard to put them on the buttock, cos they wrinkle badly as I cannnot see what i am doing
Any other places to put my patch?
thanks.

I put mine on my hip. I don't sit on it, it's above my knicker line and it doesn't wrinkle.

Below waist, above thigh. I rotate around belly button height, either on my tum or bum.

I'm a buttock gal myself, but I do put it on looking in a mirror to make sure I can see to stick it somewhere new rather than on the old black marks!

Bit like Hurdity - Buttocks are good but a mirror is essential.
Oh, and the availability of spare patches, if my aim is poor and crinkles result.........
Practice makes prefect ::)

Hi Ladies
Thanks for your good ideas.
Lol those black marks, but thanks to the advice on here, I have baby oil, which gets them off. Sometimes I get lazy and there are loads of black squares over the tops of my thighs, hahahhaha
I have to find a space among the marks.
Baby oil them off before shower.
Clean off the oil so they stick
My patch has become part of me, :)
