I saw this on FB when a friend shared it, today. I'm not usually keen to share stuff, but seeing as it's a genuine video I will.
I found it very touching and very relevant. It's probably the best xmas ad I've seen with regard to sincerity. (Not a supermarket cashing in on a war to beat competitors)
I never heard of Silverline before. They have a forum, you can call their helpline, make Silverline friends, get friend phone calls and emails.
