Hello ladies.
I heard a story yesterday that I think may be of interest to some ladies on the forum. A woman I was chatting to told me that her doctor had suggested trying Evening Primrose Oil but had said that the available preparations didn't offer a sufficiently high dose to be effective. She recommended taking double the number of the maximum strength capsules. Apparently it is impossible to overdose on this regime so my friend is giving it a try.
I must admit that I won't be using EPO myself as I already take other oils and I am persevering with HRT but I will keep in contact with this lady and let you know how she gets on.
I understand that alternative remedies get a bad press sometimes but I thought the advice on dosage was a little different and worth a mention.
Wishing you all well ladies and a special welcome to all the newbies to this site.
