:'( Just as a I thought it was only the Utrogeston was giving me problems I feel odd tonight ont he Estradot patch very tight chest and still tired, has anybody has any side effects with this patch that have got better the more you use them please? x

I honestly think it's your anxiety again. Really the only side effect of too much oestrogen is perhaps a little nausea and a bit jittery.
You need to try and calm down and try and distract yourself from every little twinge that you get. We are all getting older and things are not perfect but if you are watching and waiting for every thing it will be a whole lot worse.
Keep the patch on and do something you enjoy to take your mind off things.
No one's death certificate ever said ....death by Estradot patch.
Big deep breaths, have a bubble bath, watch the TV, read a book, have a glass of wine but stop focussing on every little twinge.

I agree although it's a natural response! Anxiety gives horrible physical symptoms doesn't it? When I have too much estrogen I get very jittery - that's how I know. Your own hormones will also still kick in occasionally - just try your best to ride it out! Wine is very good for this....

I seem to be getting what I can only describe as heartburn though I haven't had that before just under my chest a a tight funny feeling worst when I lie down it comes and goes - hrt related not sure?
