I think the others are each thinking "What ever he's on, I'll have some of it"   ;D

I think it might be at a zoo of some sort and really he's happy because its snowing.

However, if it's an Adelie penguin - they don't see snow that often  :-\ so his little feet might be cold  ;D

You could be right CLKD as some said that he was a different breed to the other penguins.

Perhaps he liked being with different species or maybe thought he should keep on the move in case they 'got him' for being different  ;D
