Now 91 days with no period apart from slight yellow brown loss this last week and a feeling like I must be going to bleed any moment.
I am doing all the right things with diet and exercise but still this continues. I was dizzy this morning when I first got up which I usually get with the PMT. Oh yes and I feel as big as a Puffer Fish bloated and moody! Has anyone else found their PMT to be horrific in the latter stages of Peri?

Oh poor you! How is your diet? I found eating every 3 hours to help ease symptoms helped. Every 3 hours throughout 24 hours, which means in the night too. Drink plenty! as it can ease belatedness, if you can tolerate liquids - I wasn't able to after about 2.00 p.m. :-\ or I would feel so sick.
Your GP can prescribe medication which will ease transit = relief of bloating.

Oh Machair - sounds very typical for the peri stage I'm afraid. You poor thing.
You are not considering HRT? How about upping the Phytoestogens in your diet?
I assume you are taking Menopace or some other good multi vits for meno women? B6 is supposed to help balance the hormones a bit.
We women do suffer. Dg x
