Not been on the forum for quite a long time, as going thru a very unexpected divorce...
But now 52 and experiencing all sorts of symptoms & extreme anxiety ..My stomach has started to just bloat & feels like someone has pumped air into it, despite not eating anything unusual & feels tender In the abdomen & lower back pain...Periods virtually stopped about three years ago, but still have very occasional brown discharge...Now I am worrying that I have some form of cancer, ovarian or other ...I going for a scan but have convinced myself I am dying ...Noone and nothing seems to prepare us women for all these strange/unusual goings on.... Has anyone else experienced these symptoms ?
Thank you

 Sorry to hear you're having a rough time Micky. Scan will hopefully not find anything untoward, but best checked.

Hi Micky
Sorry to hear your situation sounds very stressful and sounds a bit like IBS I'm no doctor but I did have abdominal pains and felt bloating when I have Ibs attacks but because your going through a stressful time your stomach does secrete acid and cause all, sorts of things if your not having periods or bleeding from cervix then try not to worry too much easier said then done I worry a lot also but your doing the right thing by getting it checked out we are here to share
