Oh heck wish I could go braless. I have becoming pregnant with my daughter to thank for my now ample bosom. That was nearly 34 years ago. Last time I went braless was in Florida some 18 years ago & because my shoulders were a tad burnt. Didn't know anybody out there so wasn't too perturbed. ::)

Somewhat bemused by this Meggie - wondered what the significance of "the other day" was??!!
I thought you meant "back in the day" ie in the 70's ;D
I didn't own or wear one from age 18 until I got pregnant with first child at 31 and thereafter have always done so. So uncomfortable throughout all the pregnancies afterwards and feeding too (this ended at 41). Some how they've never been the same since!! HRT also makes them denser...

There is NO WAY I could leave the house bra-less!! My husband likes me to go bra-less when there's just us at home, but I couldn't go out like that ... not a good look!!!
-
My 'puppies' need to be rounded up and trapped in a bra otherwise they'd run amok! We used to call my bras 'the sheepdogs'.... round 'em up and point 'em in the right direction.
Bralessness is likely to result in a black eye, especially if I decided to run. ;D

I once had to cycle back from the pool bra-less as I forgot to pack it in my bag (wore swim cossie to the pool). Oh dear. Lots of traffic and speedbumps.
I finally put my wet towel around my shoulders to hide the jiggling.
Once saw 2 topless women in their 60s on the beach in France, playing beach tennis. Nooooooo.

Eeewwww. Must have been rather painful for them.
-
Not sure if it is painful when you're older. As the tissue sort of disappears there doesn't seem to be much in there to cause discomfort. They end up a bit empty like empty bags. Not there yet I hasten to add!!!
I hate wearing them but have to for work.
