Title: sleep paralysis

This has happened to me a few times and it is terrifying as feels like cannot breathe or speak. Anyone else have this with or after the menopause?

No,never been aware of anything like this at all.

It's more something that affects teenagers and children - haven't heard of it being linked to menopause.
