Title: Can it work this quickly??

Started on Estradot 50 yesterday (to be used with Utrogestan days 15-26 as I'm peri, 46 years old).  I've put an intro in New Members but I feel better today, less sweating and much "brighter" and happier.  Could it start to work this quickly or am I just imagining it? 

I've noticed the edges have gone "fluffy" on the patch and have curled up slightly but the main part of the patch is in place...... will this be OK? I put this patch on after my shower (once I'd dried and didn't use any lotions, etc) but wondering whether it will be better to put a patch on before a shower or inbetween showers next time?

After your shower. Mine go fluffy too, but usually stay put.

It can work that quickly, well it did for me.
I've not used Estradot 50, but have used Evorel 50 and Conti.
With me I started feeling more better & awake within 3 hours.

I find the edges do get fluffy but they don't fall off.
I change patch after I shower having removed the old one first.
No creamy or moisturising shower gels.

It work for me very quickly and I am using only half the strength. Shame that I have problems with progesterone.

My flushes stopped within two days......magic patches  ;D

It made such a difference. Takes a little bit longer for other symptoms to go but for me it meant I did not have the awful pre flush dread and I could sleep better.

Hope you continue to feel better.

Well, I feel even better today.  Not so much sweating, more energy and my mood is better.  Only downside is I think I've got thrush coming but I've always suffered with that, so don't think that's to do with it.

I am on Estradot and it took about 3 days to alleviate most of the symptoms, all bar a flush at night were gone in 24hrs, I cant believe how quickly my body reacts as occasionally I forget to change after 3 days and have gone to 5 and it all comes back,

Do you mind me asking which other symptoms you had, Winterose?  Just wondering how it's helped you?
