:( Dear ladies,
Has anyone had the feeling of trembling or shaking it's been on and off
all week.? Could this be a lack of certain hormones not had a periods for
Three years..when do things start to get better if ever!

Morning Roseclimber. I also get a lot of odd jumpy twitches in my legs and hands, and a feeling of "insects crawling under the skin" on my legs, it is getting better, but freaked me out to begin with. Was told by menopause expert, that it is "classic" symptoms!

hello roseclimber, there are so many funny symptoms that the menopause seems to bring. I have found out things here that I have worried about for years only to discover other ladies also have the same. It gives you reassurance that although these things are a nuisance and can be nasty but they are normal and not something bad.

Hi rise climber,
I get those weird vibrations too... mostly in my abdomen when I'm very tired or just waking up. I also get muscle twitches in random places. At one point I thought I was pregnant because they felt like the early flutters you get at around 20 weeks :o I should say the chances of pregnancy are zilch as I've had an endometrial ablation and hubby's been 'snipped' ;D

Sparkle... a good day yesterday, that's the thing some days hot/trembles and feeling under the weather some days better !
