I think several ladies have done this and usually the advice is good!  Dr Currie 'runs' this web-site and is a Mine of knowledge.  Have you read the menus, left of screen too?  You may find suggestions there.

Hi
Thanks CLKD, ye I read up when I first joined then wasn't on for a while as I was put on femoston 1/10 and felt great then not so brilliant last 2 months, feel my own hormones out of sync with HRT if that makes sense? Sweats, anxiety, dryness back, due at docs next week but my GP has just retired and menopause GP on maternity so young stand in and feel they are not clued up enough, thought maybe Dr currie could advise so I am full of knowledge when I go and tell them what I think lol

Thanks

It may be that you require a hike in dosage?  That the medication is working but your body's fluctuations needs a higher/lower dose?

let us know how you get on!

I will do CLKD, I'm thinking same as you a tweek in dosage or maybe it's just a bad couple of months and will settle again, I like Femoston it made me back to myself so fingers crossed just a blip!
