Title: Nausea
Post by: toffeecushion on September 13, 2014, 03:34:45 AM
I woke up this morning at 3.45 feeling nauseous and very warm.  I wasn't sweating but wondered if this was a type of night sweat and if anyone else had felt the same.

It's maybe a virus.

Hope you feel better soon.

Don't be negative  ::) - HORMONES!  nausea can be a sign that the body is hungry too.

How are you now?

I'm not being negative thank you.

It could well be hormones but could also be a bug.

Thanks for your replies.  I am feeling better now thanks.  My period is due any day so I am guessing it is hormones.

I often wake up feeling extremely nauseous, usually when I am having a hot turn in the night.

It is horrible - I am unsure whether it is meno related or due to stomach acid.

Whenever I worked night shift I always felt sick in the middle of the night. The body is not used to being awake at that time and does not know where it is.
