"The Natural Superwoman" by Uzzi Reiss, M.D Ob/Gyn and Yfat Reiss Grendell.

Here is a comment

"I highly recommend this book. Detailed information about diet, bio identical hormones including testosterone, pregnenolone, DHEA and estradiol and progesterone. Also covers supplements and discusses how to age healthily using hormones and lifestyle management.
Covers the discredited WHI study and discusses breast cancer and hormone use. Bio identical hormones are available in the UK and estradiol and progesterone available from the NHS.
A must for women of all ages who wish to educate themselves about P MS and menopause"

I have had a few "hormone bibles" in my time and this is my current favourite.

Hi SL,,Ive read somethig else from Dr. Reiss and was pleased. "Natural Hormone Balance for Women". Also highly recommendable, very well written and very comprehensive. I especially liked the explanations in the sections Hormones and Individuality where he clearly explains how the different set up of women is important on how hormone deficiency affects their wellbeing . Very informative in my view.

I have both Milamam, I particularly like his other book because it includes besides what he has written in "Natural Hormone Balance for Women"

supplements and life style, two for the price of one really.
