Title: Aching Joints
Post by: toffeecushion on August 20, 2014, 06:34:46 PM
I have noticed recently that I am aching everywhere.  My knees ache and creak as I walk up the stairs, my elbows ache, my knuckles burn and now I can't raise my arms without my shoulders hurting.  Not sure if it could be related to menopause or not.

Anyone else ache all over?

Oh yes, toffeecushion - joint aches and pains are definitely meno symptoms.  DG x
