Title: Feeling a lot better....hooray!!

That's me back on Climagest and not long finished a very bad period....and I feel so much better.

I'm hoping that my next period will be better as I was in such a bad place with being on Elleste Duet and having a bad period.

When you come over the other side of the mountain you look back and realise what you've went through.....it was awful but I'm ok now.

Good for you! For me, menopause has made me realize I can survive many things ....
