This just means that you are well and truly into menopause sue. Mine was around 178 when I started HRT but I think anything over 25 means that. Your body is having to release higher amounts of FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) as it tries, and fails, to get an egg released for fertilisation.

I was told anything over 100 was definitely menopause.
I had 2 readings, 6 months apart when I was 54.
1st reading was 103, 2nd was 108.

I'm not on HRT now due to having to come off it when I reached 60 - although I'm going to try to get my GP to re-prescribe it!  I used Evorel patches first and then Femseven patches - sequi to start with and then conti although I did have bleeding problems with conti HRT so chose to go back to sequi so that I knew when my bleed would be.

There is info here on normal readings per age http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003710.htm  which seems to show that anything over 25 is menopause.  Did you keep your ovaries when you had your hyster? Even if you did hysterectomy can mean the ovaries fail quicker than they would normally.
