Title: question re heart rate

hi my heart rate used too me about 84, when i had a minor op today the nurse said it was 100 can it go up with menopause , it was this rate during the op and after , but they didnt seem too worried , just wondered if it could change over the year

Probably due to stress regarding the minor op!

Think it's called white coat syndrome.
Nurse commented when doing my well woman check.
My BP was a bit up - but as she said I had just had a smear test ::)
I thought I was just going to get my smear done.........
