I have recently started experiencing random tingling and intense heat, starts between my shoulder blades and goes up the back of my neck, anyone else had this as a meno symptom? like I said it is random but I am probably more aware of it when I am anxious, like today when there was a queue in shop and I was a bit light headed anyway. ::)

Tingling was one of the first of many meno symptoms which first started in my hands and feet. Nowadays, 4 years on, I get it in my neck and down one shoulder blade. Someday it is there and then goes away for a few days and then comes back. Think its hormone related - like many weird and wonderful things that seem to happen at this stage in our lives.

I have that but it's linked to wear and tear in my neck and not to do with meno.

I thought it was just wear & tear TBH. Unfortunately that tends to coincide with menopause.

Thanks Ladies, I do have some left shoulder blade pain so I guess the tingling could be either wear and tear, trapped nerve or meno then, oh dear the things we have to go through. Good luck at Chiro Mrs J, let us know how you get on. :)

Hi ladies,
I get the tingling too. It only started a few weeks ago and goes from my right shoulder downwards. I was convinced I was getting shingles, never connected it to the menopause. X :)
