Hi has anyone tried CBT ? Anxiety and very panicky these last few days  :( x

I take it you dont mean compulsory bike test?

I have - it's pretty good if you are open to pushing through things! It got me back living a full and active life, although I still do have some anxiety, but I do not let it hold me back or go on to full panic mode! I also use self-help books and self-hypnosis tapes to back up the cbt

Yes I am having it. I have chronic nerve pain and I was prescribed amitriptyline for this I only take 15mg a night very low dose, but the anxiety on them seems to have all but gone.

Yes I've had CBT.
10 years ago and I had some more sessions recently as I had a blip.
Worked for me.

I had 20 sessions of cbt after bullying at work .wasnt meno then but had terrible anxiety .I felt it was a great help and since my anxiety has returned recently with my meno symptoms I have started reading up some of the self help I did before to help me get through the anxiety with tbe flushes .hope you feel better soon .x

Never helped me at all, too far down the line before it was recommended.
