That's very drastic intervention.  Dr Kathleen diagnosed PMT many years ago ........... and stood in Court to give evidence with a young girl who had killed her mother during a PMT rage .  That's how NAPS came about .............. not enough Clinicians are aware of how HUGE the mood swings can be and how dangerous a woman is during those swings.
