Hiya
I have been cutting my Evorel Conti 50 patches in half for the past month and I feel so much better. The palpitations have completely stopped and I am sleeping so much better.
I cut my patches vertically but just wanted to check that this is the way they should be cut. My GP said it was safe to cut them but U forgot to ask whether to cut up and down or across. Guess I must be cutting correctly as I feel so much better.
Hope you are all doing ok.
Thanks for your help.

I am sure it does not matter which way you cut them Shazzie, so glad you are sleeping well, that's half the battle :)

Thanks silverlady. I really appreciate your help.
Hope you are ok.

I just realised I didn't explain myself very well.
I cut mine straight up through the bit that you peel back. I just leave one side of the patch unpeeled.

That's what I do and put the other unpeeled half back in the sachet :)

Sorry - my sense of humour led me to wonder if you were laying down or standing up when cutting your patches ;) …… ::)

Has anybody tried cutting them diagonally?
I haven't, just wondered........

Or into a pretty shape. Star perhaps ;D
I cut mine horizontally but really don't think it matters.

The question was .......... ;)
it's when they float by whilst swimming that it gets funny .........

Pretty shapes sounds good. I could leave the outline of the patch on my bottom if it was a pretty shape. Save on baby oil too.
CLKD. Perhaps yours could be fish shaped then when they float by noone will notice. Lol.
