Title: Say hello to me

Hello all, I am very new to the site and very new to menopause. Though I am awaiting my results from GP , I am pretty sure my self confessed premature menopausal state will be confirmed, maybe that's why I have put off from going to see her. She kindly gave me the details for this site to start reading. I can see great threads on forums and look forward to reading them.
Please say hello and maybe it may help me feeling little scared   :'( , Kimmzi x

You are very welcome!  Read the menus, left of screen: ask any questions you have: some people find keeping a food and mood diary helps judge how we are; we have a 'funny' room too  ;)

Its a good start if your GP has recommended this site - shows they are at least aware of the menopause unlike some!  We're a friendly lot as you'll have gathered so join in, ask questions and generally enjoy being part of a lovely on-line community  :)
