hi all im having so bad headaches and vertigo does anyone else its driving me mad xxxxxx

Headaches and vertigo can be linked to sinus and ear issues.  I find my sinuses get really dry sometimes and this will give me a headache. Vertigo can be due to inner ear infections which are very difficult to treat but can make you feel really dizzy and sometimes sick.
I think the meno makes everything dryer and causes all sorts of problems as a result.

I had that! Very severe vertigo for over 2 years - was due to zero progesterone.
