Title: Trying to reply to pesonal message

I've received a personal message from a lady called Ann but can't reply to it as I get a message saying "you can't send personal messages"!  Sorry Ann, please feel free to message me again with your email address and I'll reply to you that way if you wish.  I'd like to put your mind at rest as my experience of the mirena coil has been nothing but positive. xx

You need to have made more posts before you can send a PM.

I think it's 15 or 20.

Think I remember seeing something Emma posted about it being 10. Try Forum guide personal messages.
