There is a study at the Brompton Hospital trialling looking at low dose HRT. I have just joined up and they are looking for 40 more participants - the primary condition is that you are not currently on HRT and have not been for the past 6 mths.
My personal story is that I had an early (not premature) menopause in my early 40s and spent the last 10 years using alternative methods to deal with the 'fall out'. As there is a close history of oestrogen responsive breast cancer in my family I didnt not feel comfortable with the HRT on offer so this study is a great opp for me.
