Hi

I have been prescribed vagifem today for the first time and as i am due my withdrawal bleed from hrt soon I wondered if i should use it when im having a bleed/period or wait until that's over?

I have also been given premac c high dose instead of femoston 2/10 as my hot flushes still exist, has anyone changed to this and found things got better?

I use it with a period, put it in at bedtime it sticks to the vaginal wall anyway. But I am not one of the experts.
