Hiya
As I haven't been able to get my usual Femseven Conti Patches I have been prescribed Everol Conti patches. I am feeling a bit scared at starting yet another new HRT.
Has anyone any experience of them. Frightened that my palpitations will come back.

It seems that Femseven is now back in pharmacies shazzie - can't you get a prescription for them again instead of starting a new HRT?

I got Femseven no problem

Thanks Taz and Lynn. What a pain.
I have already got the Evorel patches from my pharmacy and I have one stuck on. I will see how it goes and if I don't get on with it then I will ask for another prescription for Femseven.
Thanks so much for the info. I really appreciate it.

Hi Shazzie, i am on Evoril Conti and have been for over two years. I have had no problems with it and it made such a difference to my symptoms. x

Ahhh jgr. Thank you so much for the positive reply.
I put my first patch on yesterday lunchtime and had a lovely nights sleep and feeling very happy today.
Not sure if it is anything to do with the patch yet as not sure how long it takes them to kick in but still feels very positive after reading your reply.
Thanks again. I really appreciate it.
Glad you are doing ok.

Shazzie - I use Evorel Conti. For me they kicked in really quickly, more energy and less fatigue after a few hours. The sweats took a bit longer to go but not that long.
Perhaps it might be worth sticking with EC rather than going back to Femseven?

Thanks Limpy
Still feeling really good and no palps yet. Think, like you say, I will stick with EC.
Thanks for replying.

I have always been fine on them. I now just use half a patch and that is enough to keep most of my meno symptoms at bay.
