Hello Everyone
Does anyone suffer with bloating? I seem to be constantly bloated 3 weeks out of every month, i have been trying to lose weight and i have not lost an ounce.....i am starting to feel really awful and depressed about this.
Is there anything i can take or use that will help?
I hope to start the HRT next month......will taking HRT stop this bloating?
Please help!!
Many thanks
Maureen

Yes, I do, but have done for years as a symptom of IBS. 2 months ago I was told I was insulin resistant and should follow a low carb diet. That means cutting out all sugars, as much as possible. Keep fruit to a minimum and only eat with a meal. 3 to 4 meals a day, all with protein. Loads of veg, lean chicken or other white meat, fish, dairy to a minimum. No snacking. A healthy diet in other words. I have lost over a half a stone, brought my cholesterol, blood pressure and glucose levels back to normal. I have not been perfect. Had the odd naughty thing and had the odd meal out, where I can't control the ingredients. Admittedly, it may not have been so hard for me as I have had to adjust my diet for years to accommodate food intolerances. Maybe the biggest change was breakfast, as I thought having porridge was healthy. Now I have an egg on rye bread ( wheat intolerant). Keeps me going to lunch. Hopes this helps and is encouraging.
