Title: Checking change

How many times have I used self serve checkouts & received change?  Lots and change has been fine. Today I used one in stresscos put in £20 note, was due £9.40 change, but automated machine gave me £7.60! Had to wait for someone to help. Thought she wasn't going to believe me. She was surprised & I could see the cogs turning - was I lying? However, she gave me my correct change. No apology though. So ladies always check your change, even from self serve ones.

We won't use self service tills, it's putting people out of work  ;)

CB I'm not surprised.Stresscos  don't have good customer relations( in my experience)
