hi me again - had bloods done says FSH level is 83 - really high i think - just wondered what you other ladies results were x x ;D

Mine was one hundred and something at aged 52.

I had two results when I was 54. The 1st was 103 the 2nd 108. I had been told the over 100 was definitely post meno, but they then started muttering about tests being variable / unreliable.

Even though mine was over 100 and I was told by  my GP that I would not have another period I still went on to have another year of regular periods before going onto HRT so, yes, blood tests are totally unreliable if being used to see how far into meno you are!
