Title: Day 4 on Evorel sequi and........

So far so good. I did wake up once with a hot flush on Sunday night, well, early hours of Monday morning. But last night for the first time I slept straight through with no sign of a hot flush. Today I do have a bit of a headache, but I had one around about this time last week when I wasn't even using HRT so could well be unrelated. Have felt a little lightheaded today but nothing much to worry about

That is great to hear I am so pleased for you. :)
I am still waiting for my increased HRT  dose to work!
