Do you mean the Magna Carta was signed after St Pauls was built? This St Pauls was built in sixteen hundred and something so it wasn't around when the Magna was signed. There has been a cathedral on the site though since around seven hundred and something I think.

904 if you do a GOOGLE! which surprised me, hence the thread. I thought that St Pauls is 'new', designed by Sir Christopher Wren however ………….

This St Pauls is "new" but there has been some sort of place of worship on the site for a long time. This is a good site http://www.stpauls.co.uk/Cathedral-History/Cathedral-History/6041559

Hi,
I'm a newby here, so just finding my way around so forgive me if I go in the wrong places initially.
Yes, we saw the Magna Carta in Lincoln before it was going over to America (for safety I think) during the Lincoln Castle alterations. Thought it very interesting and how it can affect us today in this country.
