After having problems with the different HRT tablets I have taken, I did some more research and came up with this which my GP is willing to prescribe for me. Utrogestan 100mg (maybe the bio identical prog wont cause me headaches :s) Estradot patches and Gynest cream.
Anyone else on anything similar? How does it suit? I'm keeping my fingers tightly crossed.

Hi I pretty much use this combo SilverFairy
I use Estradot patches (50 mcg) with Utrogestan (200 mg) which I take vaginally 12 days per 7 weeks approx. It suits me fine. I do tend to get a migraine at some point on the progesterone but then mine is a higher dose than you will be on, so hopefully you won't get headaches! I also use Vagifem (sometimes) and Orthgynest pessaries (most of the time)
I presume you are post-meno and will be taking the utrogestan orally and continuously (or more or less?)
Great you have a sympathetic GP!
Good luck and hope they work for you!

It must be about two years since I had a period, so is 25 days per month ok? (I still have my womb)
