Title: Building The Ark
Post by: CLKD on February 12, 2014, 12:11:40 PM
I've built the Ark with the help of George (surname I forget, not Clooney) and in it I have put:

DH
Guy Martin - for practicalities
Ben Fogle - to bail out if necessary
Hugh-Fearnley whateverhisnameis - to grow a roof garden
My GP and our Dentist - just in case
Llewellyn-Bowen - to keep on top of the decorating

...........

James Martin to do the cooking?   You would have to share George though  Greyhoundgal, you can't have him all to yourself.

Can I bring my little dog. She is very sweet and loves a cuddle.

Emmm ...Have to think about that one. Not really my kind of dog. I prefer them with a bit of life about them. That one is a hearth rug whilst mine is cheeky and full of nonsense.

A golden retriever or two would be good. My favourite breed.

I like hearth rugs and perhaps if she got around other dogs she might perk up  ;)

Only 2 of each breed - thanks.  Who is going to use the poop scoop ………. can't see George volunteering  ;)

Don't mind doing a bit of pooper scooping, just not for an elephant or two.

My mother's dog would need a stick of dynamite to get her going so maybe leave her at home.

Hubby got me a lovely bunch of roses for Valentine's so I might want to take him

I think I'm need to join you! My village is blocked by sewage water one way and river breaching the road the other way. Will have to bring daughter's family too. Her village is cut off, due to a fast running stream from goodness knows where. No river near by. The stream has flowed into a field, which has flowed back into the road further along blocking it. Her partner tried to drive through it not realising it was deeper than it was earlier. Poor car is very ill and he can't get to work. Self employed and just got into the black after redundancy financial difficulties. Oh dear..... :-\

Will have to bring grandson, who will love the animals! And you mention George Clooney? Now that would make me happy!  ;)

We will need a work rota then  ;) ……….

In 1998 we drove through floods across Northants, water was charging off the fields, across roads, across fields and flooding villages - came from nowhere!

Loki is actually an Ice Giant, so he can just create big lumps of ice for us to use to keep a fridge cool - no pedelling required!!

Yes, I suppose it would feel like that.
Her feet are webbed, and loads fur in between. Especially made for snow.
