Recently bought nice summer sandals off Amazon, regular fit - arrived & were wide fitting. Complained, so they sent replacement pair, same blooming width, despite being advertised as regular. So they went back too!
Ordered stormwear jacket from m&s at weekend, arrived today. I ordered navy, came as stone, despite being clearly marked on order/receipt as navy. Cannot now get navy as sold out! However, I will probably keep it as it's not too light in colour.
Do these places not double check anything? So annoying!!!

Of course they don't double check CG. You are just being silly now. :)

I ordered a wine making kit from Amazon. It was supposed to be for six bottles. The one that arrived was for thirty. Have to admit I considered keeping it but we don't have the equipment to make that amount. So back it went ::)
It's really annoying CG. Don't think they even read the order to be honest.
