Title: Thanks to whoever it was who mentioned Aquaphor and swimming!
Post by: ancient runner on February 06, 2014, 04:56:48 PM
I'm so sorry I can't find which thread it was on.
But whoever you were.... I got a little sample of the stuff, slapped it around my vulva and actually went swimming for the first time in months -- with no awful after-effects! Estring is probably helping too, but this was wonderful. So thank you, whoever you were. Am now off to buy a whole tube for myself...

An oncologist told a friend of mine that Aquaphor was the best protective ointment and Cerave cream the best daily cream for eczema.  Glad it is working for you.  I always have a tiny tube in my purse as live in the desert.

You will love the DVD.  She was a former all American softball player.  She got a huge cystocele, bladder prolapse, and went on to have three children and reduced her prolapse to totally manageable.  A very fine, non commercial type person who cares about her patients.
