Title: recommended supplements
Post by: Jinx on January 27, 2014, 06:39:53 PM
Have definitely started moving towards the menopause - irregular periods, slight hot flushes, achy joints etc - and was wondering what low key supplements would be good to start on
Have started taking vitamin B6 for hormone imbalance and evening primrose oil

any other suggestions please?

Hi Jinx,

I take calcium, vitamin D and magnesium. All recommended by my Dr. important for your bones and heart through your menopausal years!

think we are all vitamin D deficient, due to lack of sunshine  :(
I've started taking the Vit D drops. Not sure if they work as well as the tablets.
