Title: Wrong time of year, but helpful advice, all the same.
Post by: Dandelion on January 26, 2014, 03:50:35 PM
Hi

I thought I would post this message now, as I will probably forget in the Summer.

It's regarding coping with flushes in the Summer.

Last Summer when it was roasting hot, the flushes were just not 'do-able' so I used to carry one of those plant sprayers around with me, and it helped enormously, when the flushes would come in the hot weather.

I would spray my upper torso, especially the neck and chest area, and it was instant relief.

I'm hoping the flushes won't be a problem this year, but, just in case the odd one comes, i will have my plant sprayer handy.
It's a bit big to carry round in a bag, but i carry a carrier bag around with me anyway, as I always carry a bottle of drinking water on me, as I get bad thirst.

So, for all those women who are still battling flushes try it, it really works.
