Title: Headache, yucky feeling and shivering

Morning ladies.

It started last night when i felt a headache starting, i took a couple of paracetamols and it eased by the time i went to bed. Woke up this morning and felt it was still there slightly so decided to get up (5.30) and take more tablets. It took about 20 mins for it to ease so i started to get ready for work and then it started. Felt unwell, a bit nausea's, lightheaded that feeling that something awful was about to happen and shivering. I am now feeling a bit better but have decided not to go to work this morning as my job is demanding and i am constantly on my feet, i just don't feel i could cope today. I am on HRT Evoril Conti 50 so i am hoping i am having a blip rather than something else.  :(

Lots of viruses on the go at the moment.

Hope you feel much better soon. Back to bed with a nice cuppa maybe.

Sounds like a virus, lots of people been off work with similar symptoms.

Could be a 24hr bug. Lots going round at the moment. Have a day of rest and plenty of fluids. Hope you feel better tomorrow
