Title: Isoflavones
Post by: lubylou on January 08, 2014, 06:43:50 PM
Hi,
I have just probably blown £24 on snake oil but I thought I would give a go. I have to take medication which is estrogen depleting so that doesn't help matters in the hot flushes side of things!

The reviews I have read on whether it helps night flushes is mixed, mostly it seems that there is no or there is inconclusive evidence it helps, but it cannot hurt to give it a go, other than the hit on my purse!

Has anyone had any positive results from taking this?

I found that only  HRT cured my flushes and other meno symptoms. Which product is it?

They are Holland and Barrett's own brand, 750 mg. suggested dose is one 3 time a day.
