Hi sue - how long is it since your last period? It can take quite a while for vaginal secretions to dry up and not everyone (lucky them) gets affected in this way.  Of course discharge can also be due to other things.

I've had a look at your past posts sue and it seems as if you have tried different types of HRT and creams? Are you using anything at the moment.

Also, as you had a hyster but kept your ovaries you will still be producing some of your own oestrogen which will contribute to the vaginal secretions. It can take quite a few years post meno before dryness can become a problem. Are you worried about it? As long as there is no itching or bad smell just accept it as normal for you.

Do you have a Practice Nurse at your Surgery to have a chat with?
