So its the 2 jan and my diet has begun. Ive not weighed myself as it would only depress me, however iv got some jeans I would like to be able to get into again, they are a 12s, im a 14 at the moment, ive loads of 12 clothes so id be so thrilled to be able to wear them again. Ive a physical job so im hoping it wont take long to shift. Im trying ww propoints diet which is more of a changing my eating life style than a diet so be easier to stick too.

Hope it goes well for you Clio.
I had success with WW 3 times but always put weight back on.
If you can get into it and control your portion sizes then it can work for life.
Me- I have a very sweet tooth,,cakes,chocolates and as I said in another thread I got obsessed with counting and weighting myself.What you are doing is good,judging by your jeans.
That's a sensible way to do it I think.
