Title: Off Balance with Flushes

Does anyone else feel off balance just before a hot flush?

Definitely off balance - can be quite frightening.

Me too! I felt a real rush of dizziness if I was standing or particularly walking when I had one.

Interestingly though, I never had a flush when cycling or walking, even though I was having several an hour before taking HRT. I did wonder if I would fall off my bike with it but fortunately not!
